Application of Sfere Elecnova Power Quality Products in the National Food Safety Hengqin Innovation Center Project

The National Food Safety (Hengqin) Innovation Center project is located in Hong Kong Macao Avenue, Hengqin New District, Zhuhai City. Covering an area of approximately 86000 square meters, construction area of about 250,000 square meters. The overall structure consists of nine main buildings, divided into two office buildings, three modular office buildings, and four apartments. The center focuses on building a high-end industrial park that integrates business, office, commercial blocks, and apartments. Only by ensuring safe, continuous, and reliable high-quality electricity resources can enterprise users have a safer, more reliable, and efficient electricity consumption experience, significantly improving operational and production efficiency, and achieving high-quality development of the park.

The application of nonlinear power equipment (frequency converters, UPS, switching power supplies, etc.) in industrial and household electrical loads is becoming increasingly widespread, and such equipment will generate a large amount of harmonics. According to the load characteristics, the project adopts a Power Quality Management scheme of SVG static var generator+SFR-M intelligent dynamic harmonic suppression reactive power compensation module, ensuring the stability of the entire power supply system.

SFR-SVG Static Var Generator Module and SFR-M harmonic suppression compensation module are integrated and installed in the same cabinet for coordinated control. The main body uses SFR-M compensation and SVG compensation is finely used, making the product more cost-effective. The four major advantages are as follows:

Intelligent and flexible: The intelligent monitoring module can automatically adjust the output ratio of SVG/ passive module according to the dynamic requirements of the system, while meeting the requirements of compensation.
